bonjour
je cherche le moyen (si il existe ) de pouvoir entrer un accord genre 9b sans 7, soit
"T 3 5 9b" bref de pouvoir "bidouiller " mes accords .je ne trouve pas la réponse sur les différents forums biab , et les questions similaires restent sans réponse .
Quelqu'un pourrait il me dire si cela est pour le moins possible .

Bonjour.
C'est dommage qu'il y a personne ici qui parle francais meilleur de moi, mais...
9b sans 7 - Si il ne va pas, il parait que la reponse est non. Peut-etre tu peut essayer quelque chose semblable. Pour example -
C b9 = C E G C#
C#dim = C# E G. Alors, si tu a aussi la basse C, c'est presque la meme chose?
Peut-etre il y a quelqu'un qui a une reponse meilleur. Ou est mon ami Carolan?

Mon ami Rog : la question est trop technique pour ton ami Carolan ! Moi pour un accord aussi compliqué, je fais jouer toutes les possibilités à BB et je choisis à l'oreille...

L'accord demandé pourrait se formuler par C add ♭9.
BIAB ne propose pas ceci dans sa liste d'accords ?

Bonjour,
BIAB ne le propose pas car il ne s'agit pas d'un accord au sens académique du terme.
Cet accord n'existe pas, moi je ne l'ai jamais vu en 40 ans de pratique musicale.
Quel est le contexte d'utilisation de cet 'accord' :
- 'accord de couleur' pour une intro ou une fin ?
- accord utilisé seul ou dans une progression ? quels sont les accords avant et après ?
- en plus cet accord sonne très mal : il ne peut être joué qu'en position fondamentale
- quelle note de mélodie harmonise cet accord ?
- accord indiqué sur une partition ou pas ? sur quel morceau ? quel genre : pop/jazz/latin/newage/... ?
- C9b sous-entend la présence de la 7è mineure.
Tout cela pour mieux cerner l'environnement de cet 'accord'.

Dans un contexte jazzy (le domaine de prédilection de BIAB) ce genre d'accord n'est clairement pas courant. Mais dans le contexte rock, voir, metal, ça l'est déjà beaucoup plus et il faut bien admettre que BIAB n'est pas particulièrement adapté à ça.
Pour contourner, il faut décomposer ton accord et chercher un renversement qui te permette de conserver le voicing que tu souhaite entendre.
Pour un C9b, je partirais sur un accord de type Dbdim/C. Je viens de tester sur BIAB, ça fonctionne.

Dans certains contexte, on peut aussi rencontrer des accords "ommit", ici, on aurait par exemple un "C9bommit7", mais j'ai l'impression que BIAB ne permet pas ce type de saisie, et la liste des accord (sous Alt+F5 sur l'accord à éditer) ne contient apparemment pas cette possibilité.
Par contre, méfiance si tu utilise des realtracks avec ce type d'accords, car il y a fort à parier que les RT aient tous été créés sans jamais être joués sur ce type d'accords.
En MIDI en revanche...

L'accord Dbdim/C inclut la 7ème sur les quelques essais que j'ai faits. Avec quels styles MIDI as-tu eu des accords sans la 7è mineure ?

Ah j'ai juste vérifié que BIAB acceptait bien cette saisie, mais je ne me suis pas posé la question quant à la 7ème puisque mon voicing d'accord sur basse n'en contient en principe aucune.
On est bien d'accord qu'un accord de type Xdim ne contient que 1 3b et 5b? Donc, je me suis dit (peut-être naïvement) que BIAB ne devrait logiquement pas l'interpréter différemment.
Maintenant que tu me le dis, je vais vérifier ça...

pardon, -> diminuée 1 3b 5b 7b Ah non, ça, c'est Half-Dimished, par exemple, en CM, le degrés VII et B-75b, aussi nommé Bdemi-diminué, et dont la structure est bien 1 b3 b5 b7. Pour un accord 7° (7ème diminué), la structure est 1 b3 b5 bb7. Enharmoniquement parlant, la double-bémol 7 correspond à une sixte majeure. Un accord Xdim tout court, sans 7ème est une triade diminuée de structure 1 b3 b5.

Jadis, on me disait bien qu'il fallait que je travaille un peu plus la théorie plutôt que la gratte à l'oreille !
Donc dans BIAB quand on sélectionne un accords X dim, en fait il joue un demi-diminué ? J'entends mal ou il ya encore quelque chose qui m'échappe ? right or not ?

Sans vouloir offenser qui que ce soit, l'accord T 3 5 9b n'existe pas.
Sauf si quelqu'un donne la preuve que cet accord existe dans un style donné (photo d'une partition par exemple).
De plus, cet accord sonne horriblement et est inutilisable.

Si on sélectionne un accord X Dim dans BIAB, moi j'entends bien un accord diminué sans 7ème, donc, construit en triade avec 1 3b 5b, et c'est tout...

Bah, intéresse toi au travail d'Allan Holdsworth notamment lorsqu'il s'amusait à harmoniser des gammes cyclées sur 2 octaves au lieu d'1 ce qui l'amenait à harmoniser en construisant les accords par superpositions de quartes plutôt que de tierces, et tu verras qu'à un moment, tu tomberas bel et bien sur un ou deux accords de ce genre.  ... En sachant qu'une des contraintes de la construction en quarte impose à un moment de prendre quand m^m une tierce pour ne pas galérer avec les enharmonies...

Pour démêler un peu: Xdim = X° = 1 b3 b5 = accord diminué sans 7 ème Xdim7 = X°7 = 1 b3 b5 bb7 = accord de 7 ème diminuée Xmin7b5 = X* = 1 b3 b5 b7 = accord demi diminué *Là je suis sur Android et n'ai pas trouvé de solution pour taper le symbole don't j'ai besoin. En notation jazz on utilise le symbole "diamètre" qui est un rond (°) barré placé en exposant.
