using ver 2013. style in question is _12STACF.STY
i went in to the stylemaker to edit the drums (velocities) . after making the necessary changes i saved the style under a diff name and saved it to the styles folder. now when i open biab, load my orig style, open stylemaker, clic the rec button, the window that opens is just a bunch of garbage - all of the drum voices from shaker on down have numbers assigned to them. furthermore, when i play this style, i don't hear all these drum voices - i only hear the kick, snare, hi hats, rimshot and maybe the crash cymb. i can open the edited style and hear the changes i made but when i hit rec to view the drum patterns i see all this garbage (but don't hear it when i use this style with my song.
here's the kicker: i can go to any other style, edit the drums, save it under a different name and it doesn't alter my orig style - i can open my edited style and hear the changes i made. the prob only seems to be with 12STACF.

thinking i had degraded 12STACF, i contacted Rob in tech support who sent me a download of the style. when i rec'd it, i deleted the orig from the styles folder and replaced it with the newly downloaded ver. when i open biab and load the style 12STACF from the style folder i get the same prob as b4 - garbage whenever i open stylemaker and click on rec to view the drum patterns.

there not really sure in tech supp what's going on. i was hoping that maybe someone out there who is familiar with drum pattern editing in stylemaker would see if they have this same prob with 12STACF - open the style > open stylemaker > edit the drum velocities> save your changes under a diff name and save it to the styles folder. now go back and open the ORIG style > go to stylemaker > click rec to view the drum pattern and see if you have garbage or what looks like a normal drum pattern.

sorry about the long post but i wanted to explain the prob in as much detail as poss. if you don't completely understand the issues involved, you can't help me.

tks in advance ( for even reading such a lengthy post)
