Hallo Freunde,
seit Installation der BiaB-Version 2009 habe ich viel Neues gegenüber meiner vorherigen Version 2007.5 dazugelernt. Aktuell beschäftigen mich besonders folgende Probleme:
1.BiaB2009 habe ich soweit zum Laufen gebracht, dass ich alle Features ausprobieren kann. Aber beim Anklicken von Biab-Dateien .mgu, .sgu usw. im WIN Explorer geht stets das alte 2007.5er Programm auf. Die Songs - auch alte - kann ich in Version 2009 nur durch die Menue-Befehle "Open" usw. benutzen.
Mit Rechtsklick und "Öffnen mit..." funktioniert es auch nicht. Was kann man da machen?
2.Meine eigenen, alten Styles sind nicht übernommen worden, stattdessen sind einige fremde voreingestellt. Muss ich die wie früher einzeln einbinden, oder kann ich die alte Datei a_user.ls3 irgendwie komplett übernehmen?
3.BiaB2009 UltraPAK hat so viele Styles und Songs, dass der Überblick schwer fällt. Gibt es eine elegante Möglichkeit, Listen auszudrucken, oder muss ich wieder zu DOS und VBA greifen? Einiges gibt es portionsweise auf der pgmusic Website...

1. "Öffnen mit..." funktioniert. Falls BIAB Version 2009 nicht aufgelistet ist, muß man sich mit "Durchsuchen" bis zu der "bbw.exe" der 2009er Version durchhangeln und die auswählen. Möglicherweise muß noch das Häkchen gesetzt werden, daß der Dateityp immer mit diesem Programm geöffnet werden soll (falls das Programm von der externen Festplatte läuft, gibt das aber Fehlermeldungen, falls sie mal nicht angeschlossen ist). Ich habe aber meine alte Version durch die neue ersetzt, so habe ich das Problem mit den zwei Versionen nicht.
2.Das kommt darauf an, wo Du Deine Styles abgelegt hattest. Falls sie im BB-Verzeichnis lagen, sollte es reichen, daß Du sie in das neue BB-Verzeichnis kopierst, dann sollten die alten Songs auch diese Styles laden. BIAB findet vermutlich einfach den Pfad nicht (ich nehme an, Du läßt das Programm von der externen Festplatte laufen).
3.Im Style-Picker und im Song-Picker gibt es jeweils die Möglichkeit, mit "Drucken" die Liste (oder Teile davon) in die Zwischenablage zu kopieren (samt Memo und Beispielen) und dann in einem Textverarbeitungsprogramm einzufügen (ergab bei mir bei Schriftgröße 12 rund 1300 Seiten) oder in eine CSV-Datei zu exportieren (ist eleganter, die kann dann in einem Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm weiterverarbeitet werden).

Teilweise hat mir das geholfen. Der Einfachheit halber fange mal von hinten an:
Frage 3: Das kommt mir bekannt vor, gabs schon in Version 2007, hatte ich vergessen. Mit Schriftgröße 10 komme ich auf ca. 1000 Seiten in MSWORD. Durch Vergleich mit der BBW.LST kann man auch die einzelnen Kategorien herausfieseln.
Frage 2: Ich habe die alte a_user.ls3 ins aktuelle BiaB-Verzeichnis kopiert und im Stylepicker 1 neue Kategorie MyStyles bekommen - leider leer. Die alten Styles sind wohl anders aufgebaut und haben natürlich auch andere Instrumente – alles MIDI. Ich habe nicht so viele gemacht, die interessantesten kann ich manuell holen.
Frage 3: Mein Problem war, daß bei „Öffnen mit...“ das aktuelle BiaB Version 2009 zwar aufging; aber der Song erscheint nicht richtig, sondern nur der voreingestellte leere Song Noname.sgu. Die eigentlichen Akkorde und Instrumente erschienen nicht. Inzwischen habe ich in dem dicken HdBuch weitergelesen – ist zwar nicht für V.2009, aber immerhin V.2008.5. Dort fand ich die Empfehlung, durch
File > File Utilities > Associate File types with Windows
das “Öffnen mit...” zu aktivieren, und habe so die Dateitypen .MGU + .MGX + .MG1 usw. zum Laufen gebracht. Bei .SGU hakt es noch, scheint 1 Bug zu sein?!
