Liebe Freunde,
PGmusic bietet ein Update auf 2009 zu vernünftigen Preisen aber zeitlich limitiert bis zum 15.1.2009 an. Ich möchte das gerne nutzen, aber für die deutsche Version!!! Herr Leobacher hat in einem anderen Beitrag für Januar die Übersetzung in Aussicht gestellt.
Frage:
1. Kann ich jetzt Updaten zum Holyday spezial Tarif und dann bei Erscheinen die deutsche Version runterladen?
2. Oder wird es für die deutsche Version auch ein vergleichbares Angebot geben?

PS1. Ich habe seit einem halber Jahr das Megapak 2008. 149$ = 44% des Neupreises, empfinde ich als zu teuer.
PS2. Ich wundere mich, dass ich offensichtlich der erste bin, der diese Frage stellt. Das betrifft doch eigentlich jeden. Habe ich irgendetwas vielleicht nicht verstanden?

Hallo Jürgen,
die deutsche Lokalisierung der jeweiligen Versionen gab es bislang beim PGMusic-Service immer kostenlos zum Download, sobald sie fertig war. Wird wohl auch diesmal so sein. Insofern spricht nichts gegen den Kauf der englischen Fassung bis 15. Januar.
Außerdem kannst Du deine 2008er BiaB-Lokalisierung auch über BiaB 2009 installieren. Es sind dann nur wenige der neuen Dialoge nicht übersetzt.
Außerdem: Zum reinen Update des 2008.5 MegaPaks reicht Dir doch das 2009 "Pro"-Update für $49. Damit werden BiaB und RB auf Stand 2009 gehievt. Die RealDrums und RealTracks hast Du ja schon mit dem 2008er Mega, da hat sich nichts geändert.
Mit einem anderen Update, z.B. auf das UltraPAK mit Festplatte (= $129 nicht $144), bekommst Du die neuen RealTracks 20-39 sowie ALLE älteren RealTracks und alle RealDrums zusätzlich, für die Du sonst einzeln je $29 zahlen müsstest, und Du hast ALLES komplett auf HD als Backup-Medium. 40 GB als Download oder auf DVDs sind nämlich ganz schön unhandlich. Ich finde, dass ist ein faires Angebot. Und wie gesagt, ein reines 2009-Update der beiden Programme gibt es auch für nur $49.
Da bin ich bei anderen Anbietern von Musiksoftware wesentlich höhere und weniger faire Updatepreise gewöhnt.

Kannst Du mir auch sagen:
1. was Du unter Lokalisierung verstehst?
Installation nur der Sprachtexte ?
2. wo sich die deutsche "Lokalisierung runterladen lässt?
Ich habe auf den Webseiten gesucht, aber nichts gefunden?

Lokalisierung = Deutsche Menüs und Dialogtexte, Memos, deutsches pdf-Handbuch. Einfach wie ein Update über die vorhandene Version installieren. Gibt es bislang für alle Versionen 2008.5 und vorher. Die Versionen für BiaB 2009 und - neu - für Realband 2009 sind wohl Gerade in Arbeit.
Schick einfach eine Mail an den PGMusic-Support, frage nach "2008.5 German" und Du erhältst einen Downloadlink, kannst bei der Gelegenheit ja auch mal nach dem Stand der 2009er Lokalisierung fragen.
