Bonjour
Adepte de BiB Mac depuis sa version 5, j'utilisais un Expander Midi "Ediroll Roland SC8820" (acheté d'ailleurs sur le site PG Music et Parenthèse : très fâché , ayant payé 2 fois la TVA !!! au Canada + lors du passage frontière !!)
Actuellement sur BIB 2011 Je n'avais alors aucun souci pour l'exploiter pleinement et accéder à toutes ses banques de sons (plus de 1200 !) , sous forme de Patch !
Malheureusement pour Roland le monde Apple n'est pas intéressant et le driver n'a plus été mis à jour en 64 bits (Mac OS 10 .7 et suivants) : ce boîtier est donc devenu inutilisable !
Je l'ai revendu pour un Sonic Cell (toujours Roland) . Malheureusement , et bien qu'un patch figure dans le dossier des "Synth Kits", il m'est impossible d'utiliser autre chose que les pauvres 128 instruments du Général Midi !
Comment faire pour accéder aux autre banques de données Sons ?

As-tu essayé le support PG ? Perso, je les interroge assez souvent, ils ne me dépannent pas chaque fois mais ils répondent toujours, ce qui n'est déjà pas si mal.
Comme expandeur, j'utilise le Ketron SD2, vendu par PG, et qui ne pose aucun problème d'install ni d'utilisation... oui, je sais, ça ne t'aide pas, c'est juste au cas où tu te lancerais dans un nouvel achat !...

Bonjour alainzell.
De temps en temps j'essaie aider ici, mais comme mon ami carolan connait deja, mon francais est pas genial.
Pour acceder les autre banques vous devez utiliser un numero pour le MIDI PROGRAM, mais aussi pour le BANK(MSB) ou quelque fois le BANK(LSB).
Malheursement, tous les EXPANDER sont different et il faut experimenter.
J'espere que vous pouvez comprendre.
