I really like BB2014 and while I'll have a few comments on the new features in the future, I find some old "programming" issues (not so much features) have not been addressed. So just to keep those alive, I'll start a list here with some requests on issues I was hoping would be addressed in 2014.

1. Making Changes to PRV Settings Stick - When I go to PRV and change the scale, snap, etc. to do the work, then leave the PRV, and then go back to PRV, the settings are reverted to the default. That is usually not what I want. What I usually want is for the settings to be just as I left them. My request is - Make the PRV setting stick, and perhaps add a "Default" button to set all to that. Or add a Prefs option.

2. Bootup Directory - At program bootup the current directory can be set to bb or that of the last session. I never want bb, I sometimes want last session. My request is - Add a third option, "My Bootup Directory", that I can set by browse, and it is always the current directory at bootup.

3. The Leadsheet is a floating view - I'm not sure why it needs to be (except that it can show more screen area than non-floating views like the chord sheet). But my LSV (and I think for all), doesn't open full size - so the bottom is not visible, so the scroll bars aren't visible, so I need to resize the window so I can scroll it, so I can see what I want to see. My request is - Open the leadsheet full size - or better, have the screen size "stick" so when I go back it's the way it was.

4. Flying Mouse Pointer - When the visible metronome is invoked, some user actions (like hitting the space bar to start and stop play, for example) cause the mouse pointer to relocate to the extreme right of the screen. If the visible metronome is set to "No Visible Metronome", the mouse point behaves as expected. My request is to remedy this.
3. Sequencer Workflow - The Sequencer workflow could be easily improved by making the melody and soloist pages all one page - melody on left, soloist on right. Since I am always moving back and forth, the current system involves many clicks to get from one to the other, and when I'm in one I sometimes need to remember what's in the other. My request is - Make the melody and soloist sequencer pages all one page.

If not this, then how about a button on the melody page to switch to the soloist, and the same on the soloist? Save lots of clicks.

Kelso, this should be in the Wishlist under separate topics, as Bob suggests.

But I have not seen most of these suggestions before (only the 1st #3), so thank you for your post. There are good ideas here.
