Hey BiaB'rs,
About these part markers. I don't quite understand it yet. You change them to lets say 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d.
The help files say you can have markers a through x. Though so far I can only click the markers to go to A or B. Tell me why I can't get more letters like it says.
But even more importantly this is supposed to change the Substyles. UP to 24 of them it says here.
How does this work? I don't know how to utilize it. When I load up an existing song with these parts it seems that if the marker is on B it is the same style as A. I don't notice anything. Let me know about this functionality if you can.
I also know a bar before you put one of these markers in it affects the drums. I just read this
- "a" substyle is for the verse.
- "b" substyle is for the chorus.
- "c" substyle is for the intro (or first verse).
- "d" substyle is for the break (or interlude).
That is interesting. Ok elaborate on this if you are type happy enough on this subject. I would like to know about these substyles and how they are changed with these markers. I know where to check out new styles. I just don't get it yet. Ok thanks

The majority of BIAB styles only have a/b sections. Anything past that (c/d, etc) are called Multistyles. These can be found in the StylePicker under Multistyles. The style name is typically followed by a plus '+' sign.
Every style has an a/b part. The 'b' is usually busier than 'a'. A multistyle has the a/b as well as definitions for additional styles for c/d, e/f, etc. These can be any other BIAB style and are defined when creating or editing a style. This is found in the StyleMaker.

In version 2014, you can now easily add more multistyles via the right-click. They are added in pairs and shown in pairs. For example, if you add c and d, you are invited to define (add) e and f. Etc.
