Hi Guys,
My first time here. I´ve been using BIAB since version 2011.
I bought this new version ( 2014 )....everything OK but the Big Piano Window it is not opening ( the window keyboard ). I tried everything already. I already did all the install process at least 3 times.
I need some help here guys.

Welcome to the Forum.
Last I checked, BIAB 2014 was shipping with Build #379. Go to Help, About and check yours. If it's not 380, go to the Support page and update to build #380.
A general technique whenever BIAB seems to not work correctly: Opt., Return to Factory Settings. However, as you already reinstalled, that had the same effect so won't help you this time.
Quick question: did you install to a folder other than /BB
Quick idea: depending on how you have set up your User Account Control, and assuming you are on Vista or later, try running BIAB As Administrator (right-click on the BIAB icon and choose).
Keep us posted. And, you can always give PG Music Support a call. they are really good.

Hi there Matt Finley,
In fact I am on Win 7.
Yes...I've installed the updates 379, 380 (twice at least LoL).
I never had this kind of problem...I bought all the versions since 2011...never had any problems.
The software works fine ( all the functions ok ) but only the Big Piano Keyboard does not.
I have no idea...no more!
About the folders: just the Drums and Real Tracks (I am using an external HD).
When I click the Big Piano icon it does not respond. As I said...everything else looks fine.

At this point, I recommend you give Support a call. They are excellent. They can even take control of your computer remotely if need be.
By the way, I'm not at a PC so I can't verify this, but I believe there is a way to launch the Big Piano using the menu system. See if it works that way, rather than the icon. I'm pretty sure I tested this during beta testing, and I rarely use the icons. Before the latest patch, the small keyboards in the new mixer weren't "active" so we had to bring up the Big Piano.

Yes , there is. I tried it as well...same problem. Also tried Control Shift N - same thing - Looks like the Big Piano "pack/content" is not there, I don´t know. First time ever. I never had any problem using or installing BIAB.

I did all the process again ( install ) ... it is working sweet now. Do not ask me the reason LoL...
