sorry to post this twice but i really want help fast thanks.Hello everyone it has been along time but i am coming back real soon .I am getting 2013ultrapack and want to get one of the zoom recorder/ interface. Real simple question will it work as a controller for RealBand BIAB and PowerTracks pro? I am getting the Ultrapack for sure and really like the zoom . Thanks i just didn't have time to search the forum.

Can't definitely answer the question on the zoom/recorder interface. Version 2014 has been out since last December. Presume that's the one your going to get?

I own the R16 which can be used as a basic controller. As a controller only certain things like the Transport controls and Faders can be used. It also requires the Host program must support the Mackie Control. I put this on the wish list sometime back. As far as I am aware, PG Music has not added this feature. Brian

posting twice doesn't shorten the reply time.... it simply adds lots of confusion to the issue..... which thread did I say what in response to the topic at hand? And often, the 2 threads will go in divergent directions.

PG Tech Support told me December, 2013 use of a surface controller is not supported in BIAB or RealBand. I wrote a wishlist request for both products. If you want the feature you can request again or +1 mine.
