Downloaded both files, the tempos are identical. I suspect it is whatever codec is being used for your Wav file playback. What program are you using? Do you have another media player that you can try?
I tried the Wav file with:
VLC
Windows Media player
Apple Quick Time Player
All the same, and all the same tempo as the SGU in BiaB
BIAB & RB2025 Win.(Audiophile), Sonar Platinum, Cakewalk by Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M Monitors, Pioneer Active Monitors, AKG K271 Studio H'phones

I'm playing it in Real Player but, tonight when I loaded the SGU, it played like the wav except, the count off is different between the two. The WAV version clicks off 1/2 1/2 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 while the SGU clicks off 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4. Not something to be concerned about.
I know it looks like I'm smoke'n dope but, I know the sgu was playing half speed because when improvising over the two, it was very clear they were different. I think the reboot cleared it up.

Reboots often clear up issues.
It's always my first step when the studio or any other computer starts acting goofy.
I've been doing this long enough to know that when the memory gets corrupted, the reboot is the best option before things go south fast.
