I'm using a new computer and I'm running my thru channel on coyote...
When I play a song I can hear the thru channel...when I stop the song I can see the vu meter move and the notes are hit on the big piano, but I can't hear it.. This was never a problem with my old computer....
I'm sure it is operator error, but I am stumped...
any ideas?

Hi Deacon,
What version of BIAB do you use?
It is possible that the vst/dxi has not been set-up properly.

I'm using BIAB 2014...I was using it on my old computer with no problem... but I can't hear the through on my new one

Just a couple more questions that will help me get a clearer picture of how you have set up your BIAB.
1. Do you have BIAB connected to an external instrument (say, keyboard that you use for input)?
2. I'm not fully sure that I'm interpretting your original post correctly. Are you saying that if you click on the Big Piano keyboard when BIAB stops playing, that nothing is heard? On the other hand, if you click on the Big Piano keyboard when the song is playing, you can hear the sound.
3. When you say you set Coyote on the Thru channel. Could you please step me through how you did that? (For example, did you use the VST/DXi settings to set the Thru channel?)
4. Are we talking about Coyote Forte or Coyote WT?

I do have BIAB connected to an external controller....I'm using a USB midi cable to connect to my computer...
I didn't mean to be confusing about the big piano...the point I was making, is that the midi cable must be connected correctly because whatever note I hit on my keyboard shows up on the big piano..it also shows
up on the thru piano view and the vu meter moves ...
However I can't get the sound ( as I did on my old computer...unless a song is playing...then I hear it perfectly including in the solo mode
As far as coyote , I am using the VST/DXI setting and I'm using the coyote program that comes with BIAB...
