Very nice Mike. You've captured Lionel's "happy" sounding vibes perfectly. I could almost see him standing there grinning as he played. He was a consummate musician, and you've got him nailed in this tune.

Vibes are cool.... I used them a bunch back in my early days with BB and in bossa type tunes.

Hi Mike,
Lionel Hampton is one of our faves fro many years. He used to be on the old Steve Allen TV show quite often, back in the early 60's. The two of them would jam and it was wonderful. A lot of folks don't know what a great jazz pianist Steve Allen was ... and wrote over 8,000 songs!
This a great tune with superb production. We simply love this kind of music and you do it as good as anyone here. Totally loved it! Wishing you well,
