Hi
I am a newbe to Biab so sorry if I ask a dum question.
I want to put in a high E chord but it seems that Biab don't give that possibility.
Am I wrong in that ? and if so how do you do it ?

In general you have no specific control over chord voicing.
When you are using RealTracks these are recordings so you get what is there. However, there are about 6 different options for the recording to play over the E, so you just need to keep regenerating until you hear what you like. You may get lucky. Then freeze the track.
For midi you have more control over the individual notes played, but then you also have to freeze the track so it does not regenerated or it will change what you have set.
Three are a few other options. 1) move the tracks to a DAW and adjust there. 2) Use Melodyne to change chord voicing of an audio track. 3) Play it yourself and past in the recording (in DAW). Move to RealBand and use the MultiRiffs to hear all the options over a single bar.

Ya, I am a PC guy, but I just hated to see a newbee hanging with this question. You Mac guys have to step it up a bit. Dan, I think we all appreciate your intent to help. I think the rest of your suggestions to the OP are spot on. If he's using midi, taking it into Garageband would allow editing of the notes. If he's using audio, I think the most recent versions of Garageband allow pitch shifting, which may allow him to make the chord sound higher. The BIAB Mac forum definitely doesn't have near the amount of user support that the BIAB for Windoze forum does... Bruce
