Hallo,
ich habe mit BB bisher gut gearbeitet. Weil ich wegen eines Computer-Crashes das Programm neu aufspielen musste, funktoniert das VST-Programm "Bandstand" nicht mehr. Immer, wenn ich es über DXi Sythi-Einstellungen einstellen will, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung "konvert.dll is not installed properly", obwohl das Programm bzw. die DLL im richtigen Verzeichnis liegt. Wie kann ich BB beibringen, dass diese Einstellung korrekt ist? Oder, was muss ich ändern, damit es wieder funktioniert wie vorher?
Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen.

Hallo Bilbo,
ich verwende ebenfalls Bandstand, aber eine Datei namens konvert.dll ist nicht auf meinem Rechner. Entweder ist deine Bandstand Installation defekt oder du versuchst die falsche Datei zu laden. Bandstand wird über die Datei BandstandVST.dll aktiviert. Suche also mal nach der korrekten DLL oder installiere Bandstand neu ...

Hallo Alex,
herzlichen Dank für die Hilfe. Ich habe sowohl BB wie auch Bandstand neu installiert. Jetzt kommt zwar nicht mehr die Fehlermeldung "konvert.dll" sei nicht zu finden, dafür kommt aber die Meldung "Leider kann Band in a Box keine Verbindung zu VST BandstandVST aufnehmen. Im entsprechenden Plugin-Verzeichnis gibt es aber genau die Datei "BandstandVST.dll". Ich habe auch die Funktion neues VST-Plugin registrieren aufprobiert, doch wenn ich BB sage, er soll die Datei BandstandVST.dll laden, kommt die Fehlermeldung: "System Error. Code 127 Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden at: 0041....."
Woran kann es dann liegen?

zu diesen Fehlermeldungen fällt mir eigentlich nix mehr ein. Eventuell liegt es an fehlenden Rechten - falls du XP hast, dann starte BiaB mal als Administrator, falls du Vista hast, kannst du irgendwo "UAC" (User Account Control) deaktivieren ...
Wie sieht es denn mit anderen DXi oder VST Instrumenten aus? Kannst du die auch nicht einbinden oder hast du dieses Problem nur mit Bandstand?
Welches Betriebssystem und welche BiaB Version benutzt du? Hast du das neueste Update drauf?
