I have use BIAB for years. The recent version with amplitude is driving me crazy.
I've authorised through IK Multimedia manager. It works - for a time.
Next time I start it - it fails to run Amplitude and needs authorising again.
Now it just fails and won't accept serial numbers inside BIAB - even though it DOES accept them in the standalone IK manager application.
Somebody explain this to me before I pull remaining hair out.
It just doesn't seem worth the trouble of using it.
Windows 7 - 64 bit. Running BIAB as admin - all priveleges.

Hi Tom, The first thing I'd do is to double-check that BIAB is running with admin privileges. It may be that this has been deactivated for some unknown reason. Right click on the shortcut you use to start BIAB, select "Properties" and then under one of the tabs, look for the "Admin privileges" option. Also, I think there is a limit to the number of times that an installation can be authorised. If you go to your IK Multimedia account and have a look, it will tell you how many times you've authorised and how many times you have remaining. It may be that you've run out of authorisations. (Once you're logged into IK Multimedia, go to "Support | User Area | My products".)  Hope this helps, Noel

Sorry to be so tardy.
I have admin priveleges and I will check my authorizations. If its always failing you can burn through them pretty quickly.
But, why should you run out? And do you pay for more authorizations?
