I have worked for days to load my files back into my new computer with no success. Would it be possible for me to re-download (2013) from PG Music?

It's good to see you back in the forums.
As you know, PG Music are incredibly good at looking after their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to write an email to support@pgmusic.com
In the meantime, though, it sounds like you might need to run the BIAB/RB install file.
Installing BIAB from a backup is a 2-step process. Step 1 is copying files from one location to another. After that, it's necessary to run the install file and select the minimum diskspace install for the new location (I can't remember which option that is). This is step 2 and it will set-up Windows to run BIAB.

Thanks Noel, I think the problem was in the compression and archiving of my backup files but I just remembered that I had bought a hard drive version of BIAB back in 2011 so I looked it up and tried downloading it and it worked, so I have an active program now on my computer just need to get the later versions of 2013 and some styles that I had bought separately and I will be up to date again.
Thanks also for the welcome back. Yes, it has been a long time since I've been active on the forums. I haven't had much time to work on my music as we are taking care of our little great, great granddaughter while her mommy works days and goes to school nights. She's working on her nursing degree. At my age (81) I can't do much of the lifting and toting anymore but with hubby and I working as a team we get the job done but it doesn't leave much time for anything else.
By the way I took your suggestion and went and listened to your songs. You have some really nice sounding songs on there. Enjoyed the listen!

Just wanted to let you all know PG support team came through again for me. Sent me links to download my lost files. Now if I had a stable internet connection I'd be back in business. I get about half of a download done and my internet connection goes flying out the window and I have to start all over. The way it's going I'll need more than my seven days to download all these files. The only time I can count on any stability is after midnight.

Hi Val, You need to get hold of a download manager. PG Music's servers support resuming. With a download manager, you'll be able to pick up where you left off and won't need to start from scratch each time. The download manager that I use is "Free Download Manager" and it's found at the below link. http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/I just reinstalled it on my computer and there didn't seem to be any attached freeware (which there often is with free programs).
