I bought a new laptop 17in 8 gig 1tb dell that has win8 64-bit operating system . I am planning on getting BIAB2015 ultraplus , is that going to work on my new laptop? please I need to know I was so pumped to use the amd10 qaudcore . thanks

CJjazz you will not need jbridge to run BiaB or RB on a 64 bit system. I have both running on a 64 bit Win7 Pro system.
From what I have read you will need jbridge to run 64 bit VSTis in BiaB or RB. I have jbridge so I can run a couple of 32 bit VSTs and VSTis on the 64 bit Sonar. I will say it is a hit or miss situation as some 32 biters work with jbridge and some do not. I do not know if this is true or not when bridging a 64 bit VSTi to work with a 32 bit program.

AH so if I have 64-bit I am good. Jbridge is for 32-bit. what if vst is 32-bit? would is need jbride for that or are most vst 64-bit now?

JCJazz, your exact question as asked is will Biab 2015 work on a 64 bit system. Yes, with no problems at all. This includes all the Real Tracks/Drums, the videos, everything.
This is true of ALL 32 bit programs working on a 64 bit system. There never was or is now any problem with that.
Working with VST plugins is a completely separate question and requires more info from you. If you don't know what that is then ignore it, it doesn't apply to you.

Most VST's are 32 bit most will work fine in BIAB there are and will most likely be an increasing number of 64 bit VST's, for these you will need JBridge to use in BIAB even if your system 64bit as BIAB is not 64bit.
((These 64bit VST's wont need JBridge on your system in say Cubase or Sonar ect 64bit))
As mentioned BIAB (32bit will work fine on your new 64bit system), I run BIAB on 64bit Win 8.1

Yes, BB works great on 32 or 64 bit windows, and jbridge is not required for that.
The only time you'd want jbridge for BB is if you have a 64 bit OS and want to use 64 bit plugins. In that case you install jbridge and it automatically makes 64 bit plugins work in BB without anything needed for you to do.
