Please add a simple option to install everything I just bought! All programs I bought, all RealTracks I bought, all SuperMIDI, all add-ons, all manuals, EVERYTHING!!! It is very confusing to figure out how to install everything and even after you are done you don't know if you got it all!

If you're talking about USB HD, Option 3 offers to install all. Option 4 offers you a choice of you deciding what to install.

In addition, when you make a purchase, the website points you to some instruction files that point you to the different options available to install.

First I tried downloading only the new files for my upgrade. It was never clear whether or not I had to run each .EXE individually so I did just to be sure I had everything. And even then my file/folder count came up short!
But when I installed from the hard drive most things did install correctly (I guess!) I still had to manually copy a few things and install the add-on CD.
The installer could be greatly improved though! One thing annoying is it takes quite awhile to install but stops several times to make me agree to yet another license every time a different program starts installing.
So again, my wishlist is, Install Everything I bought! From a single installer. With only a single "agree to license". And without further intervention from me until it is done!
(but it is actually a small complaint/wishlist item...now that it is installed I am a cappy hamper!)

If it's any consolation to you, it's just as slow & tedious process on the Mac end - and equally disorganised and confusing. If anything, Mac has it worse! At least on the PC end you can buy and install individual Realtracks if you so choose (we can't for they come in .exe only), something I've been nagging them about for years! 
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!
