I would appreciate and purchase a Realtrack with rhythm tracks for reels, hornpipes, polkas and the 3 types of jigs. Instruments would include fiddle, bodhran, accordion, bouzouki, and pennywhistle. The rhythm would be played in the same manner as the music played in Irish pubs.
I no doubt that this Realtrack will be popular with musicians playing this type of music. The purpose of the Realtrack is to provide basic authentic sounding rhythm.
Most amateur musicians I am aware of just play a few styles of music. I prefer Realtracks that provide the variations in a specific style of music. Then, I can buy Realtracks for those styles. I don't want Realtracks with tracks I will never play.

I agree wholeheartedly with Perdido.
Real Tracks could perhaps be genre based?
There's so many styles of fiddling:
Scottish, Irish, Cajun, Old Time, Bluegrass, Canadian etc.
Some of the existing "so called Irish/Scottish" styles are not that realistic.
Only Alf Warnock's mp3's seem to cover that area.

Pretty good suggestions and comments.
May I suggest it is difficult to be aware of all the different musical genres. Also, location and age can influence one's perception of what defines a genre.
Providing the name of musicians, and some of the songs they play, that represent what you want might be helpful.

As requested, here are some atypical Irish tunes that need a RealTrack Style(s):
Reels: Mason's Apron, Cooley's and Maid Behind the Bar
Jigs: Calliope House, Tobin's Favourite and My Darling Asleep
Hornpipes: Galway, Harvest Home and Boys of Blue Hill
