Should Eddie The Imp start some stuff again? So given that all 6 of those songs done in the mash up are essentially the same song, which composer is the writer and which of the others are the plagiarists? Does that, in my definition, relegate them to "less than complete" status? And..... discuss.  More than likely all 6 are plagiarists. The Formula probably pre-dates all of these songs. These are only the ones the poster found.

Why not?  So given that all 6 of those songs done in the mash up are essentially the same song, which composer is the writer and which of the others are the plagiarists? Does that, in my definition, relegate them to "less than complete" status? And..... discuss. I believe it was Stravinsky who once said, “Good composers borrow. Great composers steal.” Given that we can reasonably argue that these composers have all clearly "borrowed" they can, at most, be considered good... though I have my doubts about that...  As for "complete", hmm, complete what? Borrowers - probably composers - maybe musicians - dunno - do they PLAY?
