Everytime I try to save my song in Band in a Box, I get this yellow box in the lower right hand screen saying "format info not found"
What does that mean?
I'm using BAIB 2015 with Windows 7

I don't know. I recommend you call PG Music Support and perhaps they will remote connect to your computer.
A few questions that you will likely be asked:
Does this happen with any song, or are you stuck trying to save just this one? Did you try saving to a different drive? Has your PC been working correctly otherwise? Are you running BIAB from the supplied external drive, or did you install to your own drive?

For a second there, I thought the error was: "For Matt, Info Not Found"... Okay, ducking and running now.

Thanks for your thoughts Matt,
I ended up un-installing and re-installing and the error went away.
Amazing how much stuff just ... goes away when it comes to software issues...

That seems odd, but I'm glad it's working now. And, good of you to report back!
Something like this could have been impossible to solve by normal means if caused by a corrupted installation. Still, I have to wonder if it is coincidence. Let us know if this problem develops again.
