Make sure the numbers are correct in the start-end and number of choruses. You may need to change the number of choruses to 1. Try Print-Preview-Print instead of going to Lead Sheet.

Yes, you are right, BiaB does change the print back to first chorus. I've been caught many times. It's easy to reproduce. From Notation, select Print, select Whole Song, Select Preview, Press Close, and voila! selection is First Chorus again. (Tip: I always print to PDF, then when I am happy, I print to paper)

In a similar vein, in Microsoft Project, if you select (for example) to print only pages 1 and 2, and then do a print preview, once you come back to the print dialog, it will have reverted back to printing all pages (which is easy to miss. So even the big boys have these kinds of problems.
At least in this case you get fewer pages, rather than realizing you printed 100 pages of stuff you don't need.
But yes, this should be fixed. Anything you set in the dialog box should stay at least for that file until you close the file (and Microsoft should do the same).

Thanks for the response guys. It's good to know that I was not going crazy, or that I was not the only one hitting the wall with this.
In my last run the past couple of days I wasted more than 20 sheets of paper (partly because of this problem and partly because the preview didn't show exactly what the printout would look like).
I am going to try your tip above about printing to PDF. That could be a big help in this matter.
I reported to PGM Support who have verified the issue and passed it to the Development Team.
