I am using a demo song and editing it and also adding lyrics. How do I get it to repeat lines of the music so that I can add another verse and chorus to the song. I have the first verse and the chorus, but I need it to repeat the music that's there for the first line and chorus so I can add lyrics for the second line and have it repeat the chorus. How do I do this or is it able to do this with a demo song?

You could use the menu choice "Edit, Unfold (Convert to one BIG chorus)". Then add/delete/rearrange the chords to suit. An easy way to copy chords is to highlight them and use Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V), the Windows functions.

What format is the demo song now? (.wav, .mp3, .wma, .mid, .sgu, .mgu, .seq, etc)?
I would try loading it into RB (Real Band) or BIAB directly. You can then try changing "Number of choruses" to a higher number.
PS: Matt's suggestion is correct and valid for BIAB song files (.sgu and .mgu).

Very nice welcome there, Don. I saw the post count of 4 but didn't notice the date was today. So yes, Rebecca, welcome to the forum. If any part of my instructions are unclear, write back and I'll elaborate. By the way, loading one of BIAB's demo songs and experimenting is a great way to start learning the program. Just be sure to save it under a different name.

I always unfold the project to ONE BIG CHORUS.
I use copy and paste and insert and delete measures, to add verses, choruses and bridges. That way, everything is in a linear format, much easier to see the song structure and where I am at a given time in the song.
