I have a large LCD monitor and an old CRT monitor I only switch on when the first is too crowded. When I choose a style in BIAB 2009 it opens the style pickers in the same monitor. If I want a new style or a new realtrack/drum in Realband, it open the new masl in the other video monitor. If I "take" the mask from the second to the main monitor it only works for just that time. How can I make Realband to open all the masks in the same main monitor?

That's weird. I have a dual screen as well, but it all opens in the same one. Does it also occur when the second monitor is off? So when you open RB you cannot see it, or does with one screen on it opens in that single monitor again?

The problem is that it alwaay occurs when the second monitor is off and I have to turn it on kust to pick a style or a realtrack.

Is the one you use as your main monitor also set as your 1st monitor?

Maybe you saved your settings as a standard template? If that is the case, you might overwrite that with the right position. I tried it out, saving it in a smaller screen (so the one you can resize at the sides) while situated at the second screen, brings it to that screen in the next boot.
So if that is the case, at the start of your next session, you can: 1. Place the screen, by grabbing and pulling it over to and then dropping it on the mainscreen. 2. Then go to the "file"-menu, and click on "save as template" and then save the template as "Untitled.SEQ" (standard already filled in) in the templates folder. 3. Reboot the RB program and it should be okay again.

I cat't save anything while the syle or realtrack pickers are open. If I close them and then save as a template it "forget" where they were.

Ah yeah, sorry got a bit of track here. It really is weird. I wonder, if you drag it to screen one, you say next time it is on two again. How did you go around it? Drag and close the window, or drag and select and press ok? I mean I also have no clue, since I was thinking of an option that I have seen before, concerning a nvidea setting here, but it makes no sense that one program does work one way and the other in another way. The source therefore should be somewhere in the program. I have looked for it, but did not find any settings that might cover that, unless I overlooked something. I also could not find any setting for the factory defaults, otherwise you could retry that. A very non standard way would be to force a "crash" of the program (I just tried it) after which it will ask you next time to use all the default settings. Who knows, it might work. I don't see anyone else respond, so I guess there are no ready to go answers anyway.
I'll be back...

I have already forced crashes because the first time I have opened realband I couldn't see the stylespeaker (I didn't know it was in the turned off screen). So I did something that made the program crash (more than one time).

You mean that when you restarted, the program asked you to start with the default settings in which you got to determine all of your setup again like in the first time you ever started the program? If this is the case, then I guess I am running out of ideas here. Maybe you should try to contact the live chat option to ask for help there. Maybe they know anything more than my very basic knowledge in this issue. I hope you can get it solved...

The program never asked you to start with the default settings. I was only writing about the unintentional forced crashed.
