Ptit lu all...

Ça fait un moment que je peste contre l'impossibilité d'exporter les pistes séparées sous forme de fichiers mono.
En fait, je ne sais pas si c'est impossible ou non sous BIAB, mais je ne trouve aucun moyen de le faire.
Alors quand il s'agit d'une piste de batterie, ok, ça peut être utile de conserver la stéréo (bien que je préfèrerais largement disposer d'un export multipiste pour la partie de batterie, mais bon...), mais quand il s'agit d'une piste de guitare par exemple, la stéréo n'est franchement ni utile ni souhaitable vu que le fichier audio fait le double du poids de sa version mono.
Bref, si quelqu'un a une solution interne dans BIAB pour sortir en mono sans devoir en passer par une conversion externe, ce serait très sympa de partager.

J'ai déjà cherché à le faire également pour une guitare. A priori BIAB permet de changer le status mono/stéréo, mais uniquement pour l'ensemble des pistes d'un morceau ... frown
La solution, un peu plus contraignante, serait d'exporter ensuite le morceau dans Realband, mais je crois avoir compris que tu n'es pas très chaud pour ça ! wink

En fait, c'est surtout RealBand qui me refroidi bien comme il faut. J'ai encore du mal à comprendre que PG s'obstine à maintenir ce DAW complètement dépassé.
Après, c'est une affaire d'habitudes, évidemment.
Perso, en matière de DAW, c'est Cubase sinon rien, et ce depuis 1987, alors forcément, les habitudes, depuis si longtemps, impossible de s'en défaire.

Le problème, c'est que Cubase permet de scinder les fichiers audio stéréo importés en 2 canaux droite et gauche sur deux pistes mono. Mais ce mode d'import est à modifier dans les préférences à chaque fois qu'on souhaite en modifier le comportement. Ce n'est donc pas une solution très viable pour la productivité si l'on doit sans arrêt importer alternativement des pistes mono ou d'autres que l'on souhaite conserver en stéréo.
Mais surtout, ça ne règle pas le problème du poids conséquent des fichiers stéréo qui restent bel et bien présent sur le disque-du sans intervention de l'utilisateur.

Je trouve ça hallucinant qu'en 2015 tous ces logiciels soient encore aussi archaïques sur ce point.

Tu trouves que RB est complétement dépassé ? Pour gérer le midi, c'est vrai que j'ai arrêté de m'en servir. Mais pour les pistes audio, moi je fais tout avec. Surtout maintenant qu'il a été largement débogué.
Qu'est-ce que tu lui reproches principalement ?

L'interface, l'ergonomie quasiment absente (on perd un temps fou pour réaliser des actions qui demandent 2 clics chez les autres), l'absence de quantité d'outils nécessaires en audionumérique, l'édition audio antédiluvienne, l'absence de souplesse aussi bien côté interface que côté routing audio, la gestion du monde extérieure (aucune réelle interaction avec d'autres logiciels via Rewire par exemple...)...
Bon, après, je suis d'une formation de musicien professionnel ET d'ingénieur du son habitué à bosser sur Pro Tools et qui préfère cependant Cubase par habitude. Alors forcément, RB me parait plus jouet qu'autre chose, mais n'y voit aucun snobisme, car je suis persuadé qu'il peut satisfaire beaucoup de musiciens n'ayant pas besoin d'aller jusqu'à la production professionnelle. C'est juste que PG reste viscéralement bloqué dans les années 80 pour tous leurs produits et qu'il serait temps qu'ils entrent enfin dans le XXI° siècle.

Pas tout à fait d'accord avec toi... RB est très utile pour moi et je l'utilise autant que BB :

- intégration optimisée avec BB
- génération de lignes solo et mélodique d'instrument (midi et realtrack) exceptionnel et quasi automatique (multiriff...)
- export vers Daw facile (samplitude et multitrackstudio pour moi)

Tu n'as pas besoin de RB ok... mais beaucoup d'autres s'en servent, et pourvu que PG préserve RB smile

La fonction Export Audio Stéréo -> Mono est disponible avec BIAB 21016.
