WHOA!!!!!

Kinda makes me wanna give sims another chance.....

I've tended to stay away from them in the past, favoring live amps and mics as well as POD2.

I have used Amplitube 3 for some time now. It was ok until the Fender and Ampex amp models were introduced, then it went to fantastic.

My order for Amplitube 4 is already in and should be in my hands next Friday.

Back in my day the only time we started panic buying was when the bartender shouted "last call"!

IK-Multimedia has it for $99 as an introductory pre-order price, as well.

Apparently there is no upgrade price for users of Amplitube 3. Everybody gets the $99 price (for now).

If you have credit points from IK (I forgot what they are called) you can get it cheaper. With credit points I purchased mine for $69 USD.

I believe that if you bought Amplitube 3 you do have some credit point, or whatever in hell they are called! I know that I did.

How can you tell if Bagpipes are in tune? By the number of people chasing the musician with baseball bats. One or less is in tune,if they are coming from both directions, don't quit your day job.

"Jam points" and yea that's how I bought it for $69 a few days ago. But also a little disappointed no upgrade price offered.

"Gear credits" are credits you buy and use in their Custom shop to buy stuff like new amp or pedal or cab model, or sound lib, or T-racks FX

"Jam points" you get/accumulate when you buy stuff from IK like ST3 or Amplitube 4 - as a matter of fact I got $8 in jam points for buying Amplitube 4 after using $30 in jam points to buy it Mario I'm sure did as well.

I wish they had one universal "point" system.

Actually bagpipe marching bands, sometimes called pipe bands, are one of the wife and my favorite marching bands. In fact in our little town's carnival parade there were three different pipe bands. I wish that I had bought my portable Tascam recorder.
