Before the house fire I was using straight midi for my professional set up. I would insert patch changes on the correct channels to trigger my harmony machine, synth etc.
Now that I'm starting all over with BIAB 2015, how would you advise me sitting up my new sound system? I assume you can't use the real tracks in midi and that I'll have to go with audio to take advantage of these great sounds?
Were you sending the patch changes etc in real time through band in a box? How did you do that? I need a way to change my patches automatically. I guess you could run a midi track alongside realtracks. I'd have to give up using wav files and use BIAB live.

I would build the song in BIAB, then save to a midi file. Then, I'd open the midi file in Cakewalk (Sonar) and add the Various channels with their patch changes, chords, etc.
I really like this new BIAB, but one thing that bothers me is that not all styles seem to have the lead-in 'clicks'?
Aren't the lead in 'clicks' set by BiaB Count-In options, separate from the styles?

Tried Realband? Comes free with BiaB and makes a lot of these types of tasks a bit easier. More tracks to play with and multiple routing options BiaB doesn't offer.
