I am impatiently waiting for Ver. 2016 to be announced. While waiting, can someone tell me how many styles or style groups are in 2015. I would like to try writing some music and songs and like to have a large variety of styles to choose from. Looking forward to your answer. Many Thanks....

Not an EASY question and as you see by rharv's response I doubt any two installations have same number - depends on how many years you've been accumulating and mucking around
Well let's see, when I go into my Style Picker (same window as rharv's) the headers for groups of styles (not listing Real Track styles, MIDI only and MIDI super styles, bonus styles, stuff I bought from Notes Norton, and some from web).
The numbers in parentheses are the counts of all styles found (INCLUDING Real Track styles, MIDI only styles, etc.) .

"All Styles Found" is : 4496 and "Other styles found" is : 480
That total is 4976
BUT in my BIAB root directory alone x:\bb total UNIQUE non-zero and non-blank .sty files are: 5505

FWIW my answer used the number from my 2015 Everything Pak drive. I think that was the original question. I mentioned I also have more from 'extra bonus tracks', but that number I posted is what I see as included with 2015. YMMV ..

Mucho Thanks Folks! I will be upgrading from 2011 and plan to go with the UltraPlusPak, so I should have plenty to work with. Have any of you d/l any of the files/styles/etc from the Yahoo BIAB group? If so, what has been your experience with those files? It appears they have plenty available but I don't want to load myself up with a bunch of stuff that I won't use. I sure do like this group. Quick answers, complete info, and lots of knowledge around this place. I really appreciate all the help I have been given.
