Hi Guys
I am using the Download Manager that comes with BIAB and its fine except
that I have an error which reads
Shots and Holds 1-242 Failed Install - Code 3
Real Tracks 7-10 now has the same message.
Does anyone know what this means please and how to fix it.

Until that can be fixed, maybe just go into your account and manually download those two packages?

Thanks John
I will do that when all the files have been downloaded and installed just in
case there are any more.
I would have liked to know what a Code 3 is maybe someone from
the office will see this and explain.

That suggests that the installer ran out of memory or Windows resources. The file is most likely downloaded fine. Once the downloads are finished, you can run it again to install those files, or install them manually from the download folder. For the next build, the download manager will wait until the end by default to install files, and this should prevent that type of issue from happening.
