I'm thinking of upgrading my 2013 pluspak,
where do I find the 2013 band in a box serial number?

Hi Loopy,
Check under Help -> About Band In A Box ... it should be listed there.
However, I don't think you need that from BB 2013. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the Serial to activate your 2016 version.

I don't think 2013 even had a serial number. Wasn't that introduced with 2014, when they implemented the authentication feature?

John's correct. 2013 didn't have one. 2014, 2015 has one under Help > About after you Activate it
PGM send you the serial number with your purchase invoice which you enter when you activate.
