I'm trying to activate my BIAB 2016 upgrade, and it's giving me an error message:
"Some features are disabled. Menu-Help-Activation to activate. Program is not activated. Reason is: The program license is blocked for use on this computer. You may be able to have the license restored. Contact us if you need assistance."
There's no reason it should be blocked on my PC. I just installed 2016 over a valid 2015 BIAB licensed program.
Also: RealBand installed/upgraded just fine for me! So this is just an issue with BIAB.

Yay! I caught PGMusic via chat before they stepped out for the day and got this resolved.

You may have the license activated on more than 3 computers.
If not:
Do you have your new activation key? Have you tried activating it? It may be different than the 2015 activation key.
One thing I can say with a lot of confidence; if you call PGMusic or use the Chat it will likely be sorted out and solved quickly.

Hi, if it was a 'user operation' that caused the issue, it would be good to let others know here how it was resolved for future reference. Note that BiaB 2016 would have probably used a different license string, so the old license string might have given issues after 30 days. Glad it's working! Do you have your new activation key? Have you tried activating it? It may be different than the 2015 activation key. The strange thing was, it wouldn't let me even use my new 2016 key. The program itself was "blocked." :-/ The solution was to "unblock it." This can only be done by PGMusic personnel, and you should rarely have to do this. We think it was caused by a possible license error when I uninstalled 2015 last year, but ended up installing it again.
