If I use key change at bar and then later transpose for sax it looks like the bar key changes do not update based on the transpose - correct?

This was a problem in BiaB 2015 that we complained about some weeks ago. Development are certainly aware of this because it was reported and they responded.
I have not tried since installing 2016. I'll do some experimenting because it was a definite problem with multi-themed jazz tunes that change key. The Bb and Eb players in my band were always complaining about the lead sheets I was providing.

Okay, I did a quick check of the previous problem and it has been fixed!
The tune I chose was "Royal Garden Blues" which has an A Theme in the Concert key of F, then a very obvious bridge changing into the B Theme in the Concert key of Bb.
The way I would set up the key change from F to Bb within the tune, first off, is this:
1. The 'Concert Key signature of the song' is set up as F.
2. In the chord sheet place the moving curser at the bar where the key change occurs.
3. Go to the pull-down menu item 'Edit', 'Settings for Current Bar'.***
4. In the resulting window 'Edit Settings for Current Bar' select the line that says 'Key Signature Change to', enter Bb and push the OK button.
5. Generate and Play the tune.
The Notation sheet will show the correct keys of F changing to Bb and the resulting prints using either the Print Notation button or the Lead Sheet Window button are shown correctly.
Now, to print out a lead sheet for a Bb instrument:
1. Push the 'Opt' button in the Notation sheet which pulls up the 'Notation Window Options'.
2. Go to the 'Transpose Options' area and using the pull down options, select the appropriate Bb instrument: 'Soprano Sax +2', 'Tenor Sax +14', 'Clarinet +2' or 'Trumpet +2'.
3. The original key of G going to C is shown correctly.
What I suspect you may be doing is transposing the whole file permanently using the 'Concert key signature of song' button. When you do this, you must change the 'Edit Settings for Current Bar' key signature you entered to suit the new permanent key change you have made.
P.S.
*** You can also get to this pull-down menu item and resulting window by using the F5 key.
