Changing a song chart in Am to Dbm, the chords changed accordingly (Am goes to Dbm) but the leadsheet shows the wrong key signature. It shows 4 sharps (as in C#m). The notation screen also shows 4 sharps.
Solutions:
1. fix key signatures when any enharmonic key is called up, or:
2. do not allow so called "theoretical" enharmonic keys to be chosen in the key drop down menu.

BIAB does not support any key signatures that have double flats or double sharps. I suspect that's why it uses the enharmonic equivalent.
These aren't key signatures you see very often, although by allowing you to transpose any song to those key signatures technically means ALL your songs could use those keys.
I could be wrong, but given previous history, I doubt PGMusic is going to expend a lot of effort fixing this.

I doubt PGMusic is going to expend a lot of effort fixing this.
+1 for the idea, but sadly I agree that it's not likely to be changed...

For this to be implemented correctly, BIAB would have to address the larger (programming) issue of support for enharmonic notes not presently displayable: Fb, Cb, E# and B#. I would like to see this done anyway for additional reasons we have previously discussed.

This would be a great improvement, mainly for improvisers using monophonic transposing instruments. It is, at least for me, brain consuming to shift suddenly between flat and sharp scales. (In such circumstances, I need to write chords on a paper).
Could it be possible?
