Bonjour, à tous J'aimerais savoir quelle est la méthode la plus simple pour enregistrer une piste de piano .Je crois que je dois obligatoirement enregistré en midi, et de quelle façon dois-je me connecter. Je travaille avec Biab Audiophile 2016 directement du disque dur externe à partir d'un piano Roland Fantom  G8 et je possède une carte de son externe Audiobox 44VSL. Mon portable est un Acer Aspire 7740 qui roule avec Windows 7 64 bits. Y a-t-il un avantage de passer par ma carte de son externe ou non. Et du même coup pourriez-vous m'expliquer en gros la différence d'applications entre Biab et RB. Je sais que j'en demande beaucoup à la fois mais j'aurais besoin de ces détails pour bien fonctionner avec ce matériel. Merci à l'avance pour vos conseils et à bientôt. Noiro.

Bonjour Noiro, C'est vrai que ça fait beaucoup de questions à la fois et je t'encourage à faire un petit tour du côté du manuel en PDF de BIAB.  Sinon, pour ta piste de piano ... - tu peux l'enregistrer dans BIAB en Wave/Mp3 (connexion ligne/micro) par dessus un accompagnement BIAB, mais tu ne pourras ensuite modifier ta piste uniquement qu'avec des effets "audio". (pas de partition etc ...) - tu peux également l'enregistrer en midi avec tous les avantages en terme de modification, notation, édition, utiisation de plugins, etc ... Pour cela le plus simple est de connecter ton clavier à ton PC en midi/USB, vérifier dans BIAB que le clavier soit reconnu (en principe c'est bon, sinon installer les bons pilotes voire utiliser les pilotes génériques). Pour ma part, je n'utilise pas de carte son externe et je passe par de bons plugins DXI/VSTI pour choisir "mon" son de piano. Pour une utilisation sur PC sans carte son dédiée, il faut installer le pilote asio4all pour éliminer les problèmes de latence. Il faut utiliser la piste "Thru", choisir et lancer un accompagnement BIAB (orchestre complet, batterie ou simple métronome ...) démarrer l'enregistrement et voir le résultat (écoute du morceau et controle partition sur les clés de sol et fa) ... tester et tester encore, et oui, on est dans BIAB et bienvenu dans ses petites misères. ça se mérite ! Pour BIAB et Realband, pour faire très simple, disons que BIAB est un super logiciel d'accompagnement et d'aide à la création musicale et Realband est un DAW qui permet de finaliser complètement un projet musical multipistes (au début, essaie peut-être de pas tout mélanger, et commence par BIAB) Cordialement boowoo3

Je vais étudier Biab en PDF c'est certain. Je voulais avoir une réponse plus rapide pour la question de connexion. J'apprécie beaucoup ta vitesse de réponse. Je suis débutant en tant qu'utilisateur de Biab et ça se pourrait fort bien que j'ai encore besoin de conseils ultérieurement.

Bonjour Noiro,
Que voilà une bonne question; elle devrait intéresser beaucoup de monde ....
Initialement BIAB et RB étaient des produits différents, mais au fil du temps et des évolutions ils ont fini par se rapprocher ...
Ceci dit pour répondre à ta question en faisant simple:
- BIAB est un orchestrateur. C'est à dire qu'à partir d'une partition (une grille d'accords ) que tu auras crée au clavier, il va te générer des pistes son ( basse, batterie, piano , ...) dans un style donné que tu auras choisi. Le résultat, hyper réaliste, te permet de travailer par exemple, un morceau en particulier.
- RB est un séquenceur, c'est à dire un magnétophone multipistes. RB travaille sur le son (analogique) que tu lui auras fourni à partir des pistes son crées par BIAB.
BIAB est au numérique ce que RB est à l'analogique.....
Il existe d'autres séquenceurs dans le commerce (parmi les plus connus: CUBASE, PRO TOOLS, ...); ceux-ci sont totalement compatibles avec BIAB qui d'ailleurs offre une passerelle (un simple copy&paste) vers des DAW externes. Ceci dit, l'avantage de RB est qu'il lit directement des partitions au format BIAB (MGU, SGU, ...), qu'il offre une ergonomie connue puisque que c'est celle de BIAB et qu'il est gratuitement inclus dans la package logiciel.
Enfin, les cartes son externes (connectées via USB) sont bien plus performantes que les intégrées. Outre un meilleur rendu sonore, elles proposent une connectique pléthorique, ce qui est idéal pour raccorder des micros externes. En ce qui me concerne je suis tout à fait satisfait de ma carte UR22 de chez Steinberg (Yamaha).
