Hi I've had my PC crash on me and now that the Engineer has fixed it, I seem to be missing some Style Discs - see pic. If I go to MY Orders I cant see where they are to DL again - any help always appreciated. Ian

Did you purchase the Andy Leverne and Jeff Lorber soloist discs, which are not included in the standard packages, but as I recall have always been a separate purchase. Even if you did purchase them, that would probably have been before PGMusic started including your purchases on your "My Orders" page (they've been around a long time), and so you would have to go back to the files your originally received to re-install.
Not sure about Styles discs 1, 2, 3, and 66 (which would be MIDI only discs). If you go to "My Products", I'm pretty sure the MIDI styles are included in the file labeled "Band-in-a-Box and RealBand 2016 Full (Windows)" - this assumes you purchased the PAK that includes all these styles. You might want to try re-installing that, then re-installing the latest patch files (if you re-install both BIAB and RealBand, don't forget the latest patch for RealBand as well).

Thanks John Ive been running Ultrapluspak for some years now. They've never been 'missing' before, but the PC crash did screw up a few other things too. Its late evening over here so will try a re-install of the main program and then update. Regards Ian PS - AFAIK I've bought every special pack that has come out.

Hmm, did this get resolved after reinstalling BIAB 2016? I too had to rebuild my PC recently and just used the BB 2016 installer I had purchased last year and now I'm missing a bunch of add-ons. Before this reinstall, I had never been missing anything. What gives with this?
You should be able to download all the content from your account (available from the main PGMusic home page), or give PGMusic a call to resolve.
My guess is either you have one of the basic paks, or you didn't install all the content (assuming you have the UltraPlusPak or the EverythingPak). If you have the ProPak or the MegaPak, then you will be limited on the content you have, as many of those styles/soloists/add-ons are not included in the Pro/MegaPak.

You have to install your 2015 version, and then the 2016. Your 2016 purchase was a PlusPAK, which only includes the new 2016 RealTracks. Your 2015 EverythingPAK included all the older RealTracks and styles.
