I don't think there is a single time signature in this song. I'm guessing, but it's definitely odd, and I think it changes, or is inconsistent throughout the song. Either that, or they chuck in a 1/16 or a 1/4 note during the song. I was trying to figure on a 9/8 but I don't think that's quite right. There's a 16th in there somewhere. It's certainly unusual.

The main part of the song is 19/8. As VideoTrack noticed; almost in 9, just a hair off. Nice job. That's always a fun one. I've noticed more guys can play it from familiarity/memory than can actually count it out ..
Oh, and some nice creds on it. Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) on keys in his younger days, before Annie. Jeff Berlin on bass. Guitarist was the 'unknown' John Clark (I think, if I remember right). Holdsworth didn't make that tour.
One more thing, the version I posted was live. These guys are tight, and listening to each other every second. Recorded during a radio broadcast on the fly. I consider it one of my 'collector' albums.

As a side note, I have heard talk of extensions for certain internet browsers that would allow viewing of country-blocked content by routing traffic through servers in a different country. Don't know specifics but I'm sure a web search could turn up something handy
