OP sixchannel Veteran Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 2,246 WEST MIDLANDS, UK	Working on a tune that has solo piano 1602 Piano, Acoustic, Pop16 ev16 and works perfectly within it - except - one chord is Gmaj9. All I get is SILENCE when that chord plays. Gmaj7 as an inserted (by me) substitute however plays fine. Go figure?! In fact ANY maj9 in RT1602 is SILENCE. 1542 and 893 Piano RTs also all play the maj9 ( or its substitute)and maj7 fine. It may be that BB is subbing a maj7 for the maj9 (wouldnt know how to tell)in the other RTs so why not here? Could someone try that and confirm or otherwise please? I found one like this once, and there was another recent thread about a related problem. The solution is to freeze a song that demonstrates it and email that to support@pgmusic.com referencing this thread. They can verify it and issue a patch. BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile. In addition to the above, I find that if I add a /Bass note to ANY chord (i.e. G/A), I just either get SILENCE or it actually freezes. Could it be that the Style itself is at fault? I've just added/subbed 1602 into a few SGUs not currently using it or subbing the existing Piano for it. I ALL cases - where the maj9 played before, the sub to maj7 doesnt play. Problem now fixed but it begs the question - if I have ALL the RTs (and I do) and all the Updates (now 437) how come I have a OOD RT? Surely it must have been in a Build sometime. I have had a problem with certain Synth RTs playing bad chords on holds i.e. x... (previous old threads) without any resolution on threads or from Support. The Bob Doyle Media YouTube channel is known for demonstrating how you can creatively incorporate AI into your projects - from your song projects to avatar building to face swapping, and more!

His latest video, Convert MIDI Chords into AI Vocal Harmonies with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
