Jeg taler ind i mellem med kunder, der ikke kan finde RealTracks, som de egentlig burde have.
Det er aldrig lykkes mig at finde et mønster i dette, så jeg har også haft svært ved at hjælpe disse kunder.
Har du nogle generelle retningslinjer til, hvad man skal gøre, hvis man fx. har en UltraPlusPAK 2015 og siden har købt en 2016 PlusPAK, som jo supplerer op med alle de nye realtracks, der er kommet siden 2015-pakken – og man ikke kan finde de nye RealTracks.
Nogle kunder får også meddelelse om at en RealTracks ikke kan findes, hvis de åbner en demo-sang, på trods af at de har en UltraPlusPAK med alle RealTracks.

Ja, det kan være svært at finde fejlen, når ikke alle RealTracks er tilgængelige.
Først: Åbn RealTracks vælger dialogen. Se under overskriften I/T (Ikke tilgængelig) hvilke RT det drejer sig om.
Åbn derefter RealTracks præferencer. Hvis der er benyttet special mappeplacering, skal man undersøge om den er korrekt. Hvis man har placeret sine RT i et andet drev en C-mappen, sker det ofte, at dette drev skifter navn, når man fx indsætter en USB nøgle etc. Tjek at alt er korrekt. Hvis dette ikke er løsningen. Prøv følgende:
I RealTracks indstillinger trykker man på Verificer. Nu undersøger BIAB om alle Bt0 filer er til stede og om de er korrekte. Disse filer kontrollere tempo og stræk. Hvis der er problemer (man får en log) - tryk på "Find&Ret.
Endvidere kan ST2 filer mangle. Hvad de helt præcis gør ved jeg ikke helt, men de styrer i hvert tilfælde wma filerne. Hvis de ikke er tilstede fungerer RealTracket ikke. Undertiden kan man løse problemet ved at trykke "Find &Ret i RealTrack indstillinger. Undertiden er man
nødt til at geninstallere de disfunktionelle RealTracks.

Nå Heine nu har startet dette udmærkede spørgsmål, og du på bedste vis har svaret, så vil jeg gerne stille et side spørgsmål...
Findes der et sted, eller en måde, hvorpå man kunne udskrive informationerne omkring de enkelte Realtracks.
Jeg ved at man ved filtrering kan gøre en masse, men jeg mangler et sted hvor man kan skabe sig et større overblik...
Når jeg forsøger i databasen syntes jeg ofte, at jeg meget hurtigt mister overblikket, men det kan selvfølgelig være et personligt problem...
SummaSummarum: En liste med alle tilgængelige informationer omkring de forskellige Realtracks!
(Måske findes den, jeg har blot ikke kunne finde den)
P.S. Husk forøvrigt, at der er lidt forskel på MAC og PC versionen, når man skal følge Lindbjergs opskrift...

I RealTracks vælgeren gives der faktisk stort set alle oplysninger:

Rytme/solo/banggrund
Indspillet tempo
nummer
genre
sæt
stereo/mono
Er der noder?
Kunstner
hvor mange holds
om der er enkle versioner til rådighed
om der der direkte versioner til rådighed
Hvilke oplysninger ville ellers være relevante?
Jerg synes, at det er ret let at finde hvad man ønsker med det nye filter. Før kunne det tage rigtig lang tid at finde et/en relevant RealTrack/Realstyle, men nu kan man indsnævnre med rigtig mange parametre.
