https://soundcloud.com/user-108834131/butterfly-for-mels-guitar A misguided throat op resulted in me having to do the VOX on ‘Butterfly out of breath and range, a bit like Kermit I asked Rob to do a Vox for me and being the kind soul that he is and despite being busy he did it for me . I posted it sometime back to the forum. My friend Mel was very keen to help and do some guitar work over it , so he worked my vox , on his DAWS to here and there to smooth my breathlessness away doubling on the voice to give harmony and emphasis at points. He was spot on with the feel and texture of the Guitar sound he played and I so much envisaged for song. Still not yet up on my Pony, I am so grateful for friends like Rob and Mel bless them. Paddy G

A nice vocal. The harmonies are a really nice addition.

A really nice tune which I enjoy in both versions- the guitar addition here is excellent!
I can hear the slightly different quality in your voice, but its still a good take and the harmonies definitely help.
I wish you well on the throat healing!

Very good song! Guitar is perfect, very tasteful and fluid playing. Vocals sounds good too, especially after reading the difficulties you had recording it.

My friend, You and Mel managed to lift this beautiful song to a whole new level! The additional guitar licks work very nicely and the harmony vocal is a true asset. Now, it is definitely one of your best  I really hope that your throat and voice will recover over time. Rob
