OP props2 Enthusiast P Joined: Nov 2016 Posts: 27 Mchenry, Illinois	First off, I have to say PG has an awesome customer service. I will save that for another post. I recently purchased the 2016 Utrapak installed on their usb hardrive. I did the full install from this drive to my computer.(To keep the USB as a backup). I have now downloaded the new 2017 version (that PG kindly offered me) and all its goodies to my computer. So the question is... How do I get my downloads(in my download folder on my computer)over to the usb drive to update that? And of course I will want to update my computer also. But I think as soon as I open the file it will probably want to download automatically.( I can only hope)....or am I over thinking this. Maybe let my computer upgrade to 2017 and copy back to the usb drive?? I'm not the sharpest knife in then drawer when it comes to computers. Kevin Woolley Expert Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 1,012 Pietersburg, South Africa	You have two ways of keeping your USB harddrive up to date. Method 1 Use the install files you downloaded to update the drive. You just need to change the install directory to reflect the drive letter of the USB drive i.e. C:\bb to e:\bb if e: is the USB drive letter. Run all the install files that you received this will update the program, realtracks and all support files. Method 2 Copy the \bb and \RealBand folders from your c:\ drive to the USB drive and overwrite everything or firstly delete the \bb and \RealBand folders on the USB hardrive and then copy the folders across from your harddrive. Both methods will update the files on the harddrive to the 2017 version. Once this is done the \Documentation folder can be updated with the latest and pdf manuals which are found in the \bb directory. The \PGMusic folder can be updated by copying the installation file for BIAB and RealBand. Hope this helps your endeavour. Kevin
