When I click the help button on the enhancer (or any other audio effect) panel I do not get the help screen.
Is there any other documentation on how to set the controls on these effects?

the FX in the edit dropdown have been deprecated - no further development expected.
They are 16 bit FX and have been slowly phased out and replaced with the realtime DX FX
wish I could be more help

yeah, there is a free enhancer called 'excita' that you may find easier to use.. http://www.uv.es/ruizcan/p_vst.htm
