Greetings,
I choose the Download only version of BIAB 2017, as shipping a HD to Mexico is a BIG no-no. I've been trying for almost 2 weeks to download all the RTs, the Problem is, if I use the Download mngr in BIAB, It can take 18 hours to DL one RT, if that. My download speed is about 500-850kbps, but for some reason it just hangs there at about 60%. If I try to DL the RTs from the PG music site with my purchases, It takes only about 1 hour, BUT then I get a message saying the files are corrupted. I use Chrome, as I have severe problems w/Firefox and finally uninstalled it. So after all this time, I only have about 40% of the RTs installed......very frustrating. I've posted before about this and received great tips, but nothing I've tried is working......thanks so much.

Before re downloading a file, Always clear the browser's cache. I would get the files from PG web site.

What browser are you using? If it's FireFox, the add-in "DownThemAll" will do a great job. I used it instead of the download manager in BIAB. Worth a try.
BTW: has nothing to do with clearing the browser's cache. Never have done that and never had a problem.

Try using FreeDownloadManager...
Download it from the FDM site itself..

I did not have good luck with the BIAB download manager (it took forever and sometimes just hung), and I have a fast internet connection. I ended up downloading off their website one file at a time, which worked well. I also use Chrome. I did not encounter problems with messages about being corrupted, but one thing I've always wondered is why they don't provide some kind of checksum for these files, especially since BIAB runs with admin privilege. Maybe if you ask support they could provide checksums that you could use to decide if the files are really corrupt. You might also try one of the download managers that will break the file up, this one has a good reputation: freedownloadmanager.org

I'm also a fan of Freedownload Manager found at the below link. http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/As always with freeware, if you choose to install this software, just double check that other trial software is not being installed.
