Hi. I've had this problem intermittently during the last years. From time to time, the chord preview feature (Shift + Enter, which is a very important function to me) just stops working. I've never discovered the reason, but Return to Factory settings used to solve the problem (that means, in practice, that I can't do any modifications to the factory settings, but that's another story...)  The thing is that, for some reason, return to factory settings is not solving the problem anymore. I'm just unable of previewing chords within BIAB. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

I'm just unable of previewing chords within BIAB. Very frustrating.
Any ideas? Would like to help confirm for you, but.. Don't even know what this is?? Shift-Enter?, Chord Preview?

Yes, if you press [Shift + Enter] over any chord (or Right button -> Play current chord), you should hear a chord preview. Anyway, going back to 2016, where that feature works for me. Just tired of spending my time fixing problems instead of making music.

Cerio, mine isn't working either. I'm reporting this to the developers.
Note that Return to Factory Settings now allows you to keep the location of RealDrums and RealTracks, which was my suggestion implemented this year. I always thought that was the most annoying part of doing a Return to Factory Settings, and now it's better.

Just as an aside, I have a somewhat similar problem with Chord Builder. Perhaps it's user error. I've never isolated what/when it occurs, it occurs very often, out of the blue I cannot get audio in Chord Builder. Nothing in my tracks is muted... Saving the song file, opening another song file, closing it and opening the original does not correct it.
I have to close BB. Reopen it, load the song, and CB runs/audio is fine.
I've completely uninstalled BB, manually deleted all files that uninstall does not, rebooted, reinstalled, but it continues.
Any suggestions are welcome.
