RT 2677, 2679 and 2780 (so far) the hold is the same as a shot. is this designed to be this way or is it an error in programming that can be fixed?

and on 2674 select Direct and then have a listen - guitar is dropped down nearly two octaves (guesstimate only haha)

And now here we are nearly ten days on and i have had no word at all from support. Just the "pro-forma" reply it was received. They must be getting snowed under with support claims

The latest RealTracks update from March 22nd should resolve the issue you were experiencing. For this build update, the entire Library of regular and DI Shots and Holds were re-tested, and there were many fixes. This includes adding new Shots and Holds for instruments that previously didn't have them, reassigning instruments to more appropriate Shots and Holds, and fixing some issues with incorrect chords.
