Fred is correct. From BIAB's perspective, X9sus and X11 are seen as the same chord. The option in Display Options is only a choice on how one wants these chords displayed. It doesn't change the sound of the chord.
The same applies to X2 and Xsus2. Once again BIAB sees these as musically the same... the checkbox in Display Options is only designed for allowing one to choose which way to display them.

...although as I've mentioned previously, I believe it treats it as an Cadd9 (C E G D), or an C2 (C D E G), not an actual Csus2 (C D G). At least in the MIDI implementation; not sure what was recorded in the RealTracks implementation.
