Hallo,
ich überlege mir Band in a Box 2017 zu kaufen. Gerne würde ich die Version auf deutsch ordern. Leider ist diese ja noch nicht verfügbar. Nun meine Fragen:
- Ist es möglich Band in a Box 2017 mit der englischen Version zu kaufen und dann sobald die deutsche Version verfügbar ist kostenlos auf deutsch umzustellen? Wenn ja wie geht das dann technisch, einfach darüber installieren?
- Ist schon bekannt, ab wann ca. die deutsche Version angeboten wird?

Hi Norbert,
Jedermann, das die englische Version 2017 kauft, kann das Sprache-Flecken downloaden, sobald ihre Übersetzung verfügbar ist.
Wir erwarten die deutsche Version spätestens Anfang März. Der Benutzer aktualisiert seine Installation mit einem kleinen Download.
Ich habe dies durch die Vermarktung überprüft

Hallo Norbert,
es ist problemlos möglich, die englische Version 2017 auf Deutsch umzustellen, sobald das deutsche Sprachupdate herauskommt. Ich mach das seit Jahren so. In der Regel steht das Sprachupdate immer im Frühjahr bereit, inkl. dickem deutschem Handbuch als PDF - auch dank "Journeyman" Ernst Leobacher, der als alter BiaB-Fuchs sachkundig das Sprachupdate und das deutsche Handbuch übersetzt und pflegt.
Wann du im PGMusic-OnlineShop kaufst bist du dort auch automatisch registriert und hast auch später Zugriff auf alle Installationsdateien - das ist mitunter ganz nützlich, wenn eben doch mal was neu installiert werden muss. Allerdings brauchst du eine gute Internetanbindung, das Everything-Pak ist rund 90 GB groß. Aber es lohnt sich.

Dann steht mir ja nichts mehr im Weg. Ich werde mir die englische Version kaufen und wenn dann vorhanden, dass deutsche Sprachpaket installieren.

Hallo Renato,
das deutsch Sprachpatch 2016 würde ich allerdings nur mit Vorbehalt in die Version 2017 installieren. An manchen Stellen gibt es leider gewisse Inkonsistenzen und auch Programmfehler, wenn du das 2016er Sprachpatch über die BiaB Version 2017 installierst. Ich habe mein BiaB 2017 deshalb vorerst in die englischen Version zurückgesetzt.

Man kann auch nichts falsch machen, einige neue Menupunkte bleiben Englisch. Ich hatte während der Betatests mit den 2017 Updates bisweilen Probleme, die sich auf das Sprachpatch zurückführen ließen. Aber umso besser, wenns bei dir gut läuft.
