I ordered BIAB2017 on January 8 or thereabouts and installed both BIAB and Realband on my system, but haven't used RealBand yet. However, I did check that it installed properly at the time, but never activated it. Then - frankly - I forgot about it. Today, I decided to at least update it to the latest patch but I get the prompt to activate RealBand by entering my serial number. Unfortunately, I can't find the S/N for Realband.  The prompt message says something about a CD sleeve, but all I have is the USB hard drive that both BIAB and Realband came on. And the only S/N listed on that drive is for BIAB (which is activated), and that S/N won't work for Realband. Can anyone tell me where I can find the serial number for my Realband? I've e-mailed PG Music, but haven't received any reply yet, so I thought that I'd ask here. Thanks.

Log in to your account and look at your order history at PGMusic.com. It should be there.
Once logged in, click on My Account at the top, then My Products.
The serial number for BIAB should be the same used on Realband.
 Steve BIAB/RB 2022, Pro Tools 2020, Korg N5, JBL LSR 4328 Powered Monitors, AKG/Shure Mics.

Thanks, Steve. The S/N in my account matches the S/N on the USB drive which I thought I was entering. I must have mis-typed though because it took the S/N now. (ie - RealBand is activated). I must have hit a wrong key on my computer keyboard. Not surprising since I'm always hitting wrong keys on all sorts of keyboards!  Thanks again!

I hate those long serial numbers.... especially the ones that use a combination of numbers, small letters and capital letters....
is that a one or a small "L" or a zero or the letter "O"....?

I received mine in an email I believe, plus you can find it in your account as mentioned above.
Yer already on the computer to register it, just log in to your account and copy/paste.
