Bonjour. Habituellement dans l'explorateur de Windows, lorsque l'on double clique sur le nom d'un fichier associé à une application, l'application se lance et le fichier s'ouvre.
Depuis plusieurs années/versions, ce fonctionnement est imparfait dans BIAB : le doucle-clic sur le nom de fichier (.MGU, .SGU) ouvre bien l'application, mais sans ouvrir le fichier. Il faut alors faire toute la procédure Ouvrir fichier, etc... et même si ce n'est pas fondamental c'est agaçant.
Pour autant que je me souvienne, les versions anciennes le fonctionnement était normal. J'imagine que le nom de fichier passé en paramètre par Windows n'est pas correctement traité dans BIAB.
Je présume que ce genre de signalement aurait davantage sa place dans un forum en langue anglaise, mais j'avoue que je ne me sens pas suffisamment compétent en anglais technique pour le rédiger correctement moi même. Se trouverait-il une âme charitable pour me suppléer ?

J'imagine que le comportement qie je décris décris ci-dessus n'est pas propre à mes PCs ni à une version de Windows ou de BIAB (puisque je l'ai remarqué avec les versions précédentes des deux).
Quelqu'un pourrait-il tester la manip pour confirmer (on infirmer). Merci par avance.

Hello Miko, Chez moi, voici comment ça fonctionne : - double clic sur un fichier *.mgu - ouverture de BIAB - chargement du song - décompte et départ du song, sans rien faire d'autre.
Ce que vous constatez est le fonctionnement normal sous Windows.
Je suis (pour le moins) étonné du fonctionnement que je constate depuis plusieurs années / version BIAB /versions Windows. Je situe ce constat à la version 2008 de BIAB alors que j'étais sous XP avec un PC et Vista avec l'autre. Je précise que lorsque je suis passé aux nouveau Pcs j'ai fait des installations complètes de BIAB sur des Windows 10 'propres' en commençant par les versions les plus anciennes afin de retrouver tous mes styles et Realtracks / Realdrums et autre babioles.
Afin de vérifier que je ne suis pas devenu chèvre, je viens de tester avec des fichiers odt (LibreOffice) depuis l'explorateur qui lancent bien l'application et s'ouvrent directement. Idem avec des fichiers .doc et .xls, .pdf qui s'ouvrent directement dans les applications ad-hoc. Seul les fichiers issus de BIAB lancent BIAB, MAIS sans ouvrir le fichier... Comprenne qui pourra !

Dans BIAB, as-tu refait une association des fichiers *.mgu avec BIAB ? Il y a une commande pour cela dans le menu "File | File Utilities | Associate File types (songs, styles) with Windows". Puis tu rebootes ta machine. à suivre...
Le conseil de John-Luke devrait fonctionner. Ce qui est étonnant, c'est que l'association des fichiers "BIAB" avec le logiciel BIAB est normalement créée par défaut lors de l'installation ! Peut-être un nettoyage ou manip de la bdr qui aurait mal tourné ?
Merci à vous deux. Je viens d'effectuer l'opération recommandée par John Luke (Associer le type de fichier à une application), sans succès. L'installation de BIAB sur mes deux PCs est récente et sur système 'propre'; je n'ai pas souvenir d'avoir fait de nettoyage ou manip spécifique. Et BIAB est la seule appli qui se comporte de cette façon... Cela restera donc un mystère. C'est juste un peu agaçant, surtout de ne pas savoir pourquoi, mais ce n'est pas bloquant. Je vais donc en rester là. Merci encore.

La situation évolue. Sur mon PC portable, l'association fonctionne, désormais, après de nombreuses manipulations / reboots via le menu Fichier > Utilitaires > Associer... et Annuler l'association et Associer... Je note cependant que le lancement du morceau .SGU cliqué dans l'explorateur vient très longtemps après que BIAB soit ouvert. Il suffit de la savoir et d'attendre !
Sur mon PC 'bureau' , il m'est impossible d'effectuer les mêmes manipulations car - chose que je n'avais pas remarquée d'emblée - le message ci-dessous s'affiche en bas à droite.
Il est amusant de voir que, étant sous Windows 10, le message de BIAB fait état de Vista ! Manifestement, pour une raison mystérieuse, BIAB n'accède pas à la base de registre (je précise que j'ai essayé comme utilisateur et comme Admin de Windows). Il est peut être possible d'aller modifier le registre manuellement; encore faut-il trouver la bonne clé !

Oui, j'ai bien l'association des .sgu (et de tous les autres sg*, les mg* et .sty).
Compte tenu du message qui s'affiche lorsque je veux effectuer l'association avec l'utilitaire de BIAB, je présume qu'il devrait y avoir un 'flag' à placer dans une clé de registre afin de passer en paramètre le nom de fichier récupéré dans l'explorateur. La base de registre (ou, au moins, cette clé) semble être inaccessible à BIAB pour une raison mystérieuse (le compte windows utilisé a les droits d'admin).
