Hi there...
I dont know if there is a place to post stuff like this so im putting it here.
Loaded style Pop Promise.
The 2 electric guitars..1686 & 1689 are being loaded as the DI versions{i dont want them to be }
Im running latest version of BIAB.
Dont know the number code for the recordings or i could check and see if the DI recordings are in the wrong folder.
It could just be a messed up folder.
Any one else have this problem or can reproduce it ?

Hi Frogman!
If u have the real track on the USB hardisk, have u checked the "Use custom folder location for the real tracks"? In the Option/Preferences/RealTrack menu? If not, BB want load the real tracks...
Same goes for the Real Drums...

Frogman, I tried both Realtracks and they played non-DI for me (both had distortion present). I take it that the DI option in the Stylepicker is not active. Can I suggest that you click it on, exit to BIAB and generate the track. Then, go into Stylepicker and deactivate it, exit, generate and play. See if that helps. Sometimes turning something on and off gives the process a 'kick'. If the above doesn't work. Try starting a brand new worksheet (File | New) and load the Realtracks. Let us know how you go, Noel

For RT #1686 you can listen to the audio files in \bb\RealTracks\Guitar, Electric, Rhythm PopPromiseCrispA-B Ev16 100. Those should be the amped files.
Note that the A substyle of RT 1686 plays held chords that sound less distorted than the B substyle - maybe that is what you are hearing.
As Noel was saying, in the RealTracks Picker, select the track that has RT1686 and make sure the DI checkbox isn't checked.

Think I figured this out.
The style PROMAM will only load the guitar real trks as direct.
If I try and load them individually into the style they still get loaded as direct.
If I load the real trks into a different style.. they load correctly.
Ive had this problem on two different hard drives.
Any ideas?

Ah, yes that RealStyle _PROMAMP is one that was specifically made for use with the Amplitube plugin, so the Direct Input RT and an Amplitube plugin are 'hard-coded' in the style. You can see that by opening the StyleMaker (Ctrl+Shift+F9) --> Misc --> More.
