Hallo,
wollte nur kurz in das Forum hinein werfen: Ich bin von diesem Kundenservice total begeistert!
ich habe mir im Mai das Upgrade zu Band in a Box 2017 geholt, auch gleich eine höhere Version. Die war mit dem Rabatt günstig. Hab dann die 90 GB runtergeladen, alles installiert, auf einer externen Festplatte... und natürlich ist, als alles fertig war, die Festplatte ins Nirvana gesegelt. Was mir noch nie passiert ist.
Im Chat habe ich gefragt, ob sie mir nachträglich BIAB auf Hard Drive schicken können. Natürlich, kein Problem. Wegen Bezahlung usw. haben sie bei mir angerufen um die Karte zu verifizieren. Und das ganze, mit Express Courier, um 25 US-Dollar. Alleine die Hard Drive kostet eigentlich mehr....
Ist man gar nicht gewohnt. ich meine, ich habe auch versucht, wegen der Nirvana-Festplatte mit Toshiba in Kontakt zu kommen... das war ungut... PGMusic ist da ja wirklich eine andere Welt....

Kann ich nur bestätigen! Die Leute um Peter Gannon in Victoria bieten wirklich einen ungewöhnlich guten Kundenservice! Ich arbeite mit Band in a Box seit weiß ich wievielen Jahren und habe bislang dort nur perfekten und prompten Service kennengelernt. Aber auch den deutsche Vertrieb m3c in Berlin kann man gut empfehlen!
